The latest epidemic prevention and control policies in Xinjiang are as follows:
1, high risk area. Control measures for newcomers who live in high-risk areas for less than 7 days; 7 days of home isolation medical observation, during which code management is assigned, personnel are not allowed to go out, and centralized isolation measures are implemented without home isolation conditions;
2. Low-risk areas. Take control measures for newcomers who have lived in low-risk areas for less than 7 days; Implement 3 days and 2 inspections.
3. Land border port cities. All newcomers from land border port cities and those who have lived in land border port cities for less than 7 days will be tested for 1 nucleic acid on the third day after entering the new city.
4. Immigrants. Implement "5-day centralized isolation medical observation +3-day home isolation medical observation" for entry personnel. Those who do not have the conditions of home isolation will continue to be centralized isolation, and code management will be implemented during the isolation period, and they are not allowed to go out; Perform 1 nucleic acid detection on 1, 2, 3 and 5 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 1 nucleic acid detection on 1 and 3 days of home isolation medical observation; If the entry personnel complete the isolation outside the province, they will not be isolated after entering the new province.
5. All new personnel entering the risk area must report to their communities (villages), hotels and units at the first time, and actively cooperate with the implementation of various prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
