Catering service contract disputes are specific causes of action, negotiorum gestio and unjust enrichment disputes under the contract, which are stipulated in the Civil Code, the Food Safety Law, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety in Catering Services and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety in Internet Catering Services.

Disputes over catering service contracts refer to contracts in which catering service agencies and consumers agree that one party provides food, places and facilities for consumption and the other party pays the expenses. The resulting dispute belongs to the catering service contract dispute.
