PVC, PU is a kind of polyvinyl chloride plastic, but the manufacturing process of these two products are different;

Performance comparison: PU leather physical properties than PVC leather is better, flexing resistance, softness, tensile strength, with breathable, PVC such performance is not good;

PVC leather pattern is hot-pressed through the steel rollers; PU leather pattern is hot-pressed; PU leather pattern is the most suitable material according to the use of requirements. The pattern of PU leather is made of a kind of patterned paper which is first hot-pressed on the surface of semi-finished leather, waiting for cooling down and then separating the paper leather and doing surface treatment;

The price of PU leather is more than twice as high as that of PVC leather;

The feel of PU is softer than that of PVC; the feel of PVC is harder than that of PVC;

After the fire baking, the taste of PU is much lighter than the taste of PVC. The flavor of PU is much lighter than that of PVC.
