In the implementation process of engineering projects (especially internal projects of the company) in the past two years, the design change problem is more prominent. In my opinion, design change is a normal procedure in the process of project implementation. As for those reasons that belong to inappropriate changes, it is very important that the design preparation is not sufficient, the original data is incomplete or inaccurate, and the design requirements are uncertain. On the one hand, the owner (or project department) sometimes doesn't know what standard design we are doing, on the other hand, sometimes we don't know exactly what quality the owner (or project department) wants. Repeated inappropriate design changes affect the investment benefit, and dampen the enthusiasm of designers and interfere with the normal design and production. For this reason, I have done two things: the first is to repeatedly study the GJ rules and regulations on the control of handling design changes, and draft the Relevant Provisions on Handling Design Changes that are in line with the actual situation of the project implementation of the head office. After soliciting opinions, the Regulations were tried out as the production management system of the hospital after the approval of the dean. The second thing is to pay attention to ask the design requirements clearly from the owner (competent department) when accepting the design task, and explain the design depth and scheme points to the designers clearly when issuing the production plan. The significance of this is to strengthen the seriousness and preciseness of the project design by grasping the intermediate links, so as to realize not only the close control of the responsible department on the project, but also the convenience for designers to accurately understand the task requirements and grasp the design elements to achieve the quality objectives.

3. Adapting to various management forms of engineering and exploring ways to do well in design cooperation. In the past two years, some important engineering projects, especially the internal projects of the company, have adopted various management forms. For example, the internal bidding system has been adopted for urban pipe network reconstruction projects; The internal renovation project adopts the responsibility system of the user unit, and the project with an investment of more than 311,111 yuan implements the project supervision system and other management methods. To adapt to this situation, in the process of design cooperation, we should pay special attention to the characteristics of specific project management forms, and require designers to handle on-site problems according to the responsibilities and powers of different parties and according to rules and procedures. At the same time, we should pay attention to give technical support as soon as possible according to the actual construction capacity of the specific contractor. whenever I hear such and such comments, whenever I see the hard work of the designers, I feel wronged instead of being recognized. I think I have a responsibility. My responsibility is to estimate the possible consequences in advance, ask designers to optimize the scheme as far as possible to avoid people's sensory unaccustomed, and at the same time explain the relevant provisions of the design specification to the relevant person in charge in time, and use the Standard Drawing appropriately, cautiously and flexibly when conditions permit.
