I don't know which district you want to open your store in. I have been to almost all the communities in Guangzhou, and the number is quite large. The following are for your reference.
Tianhe Zhujiang New Town High-end Residential Quarter:
Xinghuiyuan (Huarun Road) is close to Tianhe City business district, and there are no shops in the residential quarter, so it is basically impossible to open a clothing store;
liyawan (the southern end of xiancun road, adjacent to the new provincial museum) is located in liede village, and there are shops outside the community that can be rented out for use as shops.
Mingyayuan (near the Fortune Square in the East Gate of Tianhe East Road Sports Center) and Fangcao Garden (near Dijing Square in Tianhe North Road).
Huajing New Town (an open community, with shops on both sides of the street and leisure plazas, etc., with a high degree of popularity)
Linjiang District Community in Haizhu District: Most of them are like Badi Waterfront (closed community, without shops), but shops can be opened in the community similar to Jiangnan Xinyuan in Xingang Road, Jiangnan Avenue and Industrial Avenue. Moreover, there are many households in these communities, and the area of these communities is larger than that along the river.
Panyu District, with a large area and a low occupancy rate, is dominated by newly-built residential areas, such as Jinxiu Xiangjiang, Nanguo Olympic Park and Lijiang Garden. Most of the residents work in the urban area and buy clothes in the urban area, so although there are people, the market potential is not great. Luoxi New Town, Olympic Garden, and the like, which are relatively close to the urban area, will be better. There are shops for rent in the neighborhood facing the street, and the construction time is earlier than that of Jinxiu and Nanguo mentioned above, with a large flow of people.
the above is just a rough introduction, I hope it can help you.
