In order to maintain the unity of the national legal system and improve the mechanism of changing legislation into waste, the municipal government has comprehensively cleaned up the government regulations formulated since 1991 according to the provisions of the Measures for the Supervision of Regulations and Normative Documents in Jilin Province.
