Recruitment positions mainly refer to the relevant professional disciplines catalogue of the Ministry of Education to set professional requirements, and the majors contained in the candidates' academic certificates should be consistent with the professional requirements of the recruitment positions. Candidates who have obtained the nationally recognized minor certificate and double-degree certificate in the general full-time higher education stage can be used together with the corresponding graduation certificate, and enter the examination according to the major indicated in the minor certificate and double-degree certificate. During the online registration period, the recruitment agency will study, determine and announce similar majors according to the needs of the post.
In addition to the academic qualifications, degrees and relevant certificates possessed by the fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 and the returned overseas students who graduated from ordinary colleges and universities in China (territory), they must be obtained before July 3, 20231. Returned overseas students who have not yet obtained academic degree certification outside the country (territory) can take the way of commitment and tolerance, allowing them to take the exam first, and provide academic certificates outside the country (territory) during inspection or physical examination. Other applicants must obtain nationally recognized academic qualifications, degrees and related certificates before March 20, 2023. Directional and entrusted training graduates must obtain the consent of the directional and entrusted training units, and the 2023 graduates of full-time colleges and universities must also obtain the consent of their institutions. Graduates who have been employed or signed an employment agreement must have a certificate from the employer, and the unemployed must submit a certificate of employment and entrepreneurship or a personal written commitment. Public primary and secondary school teachers must obtain the consent of the education administrative department at or above the county level.
Non-fresh graduates, active servicemen, persons who have been criminally punished or expelled from public office, persons who are suspected of violating the law and are being examined by relevant authorities and have not yet reached a conclusion, persons who have been found to have serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the recruitment (employment) of civil servants and institutions at all levels, persons who have been expelled from the party, staff members of institutions and institutions who have been dismissed for less than five years or expelled from public office, and civil servants who have not completed the minimum service period. If the preparatory period of party member is extended due to personal reasons, if he has been punished by the department above (including the department) during the school period, if he fails to obtain the corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates on time according to the normal academic system, if he has bad academic fraud during the school period, he shall be listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law, and if he is not allowed to apply under other circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations, he shall not apply. Fresh graduates of part-time colleges and universities cannot apply for jobs with their academic qualifications.
Returned overseas students can apply for positions with corresponding degree requirements after obtaining the Certificate of Degree Certification issued by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Coordinating the Management of Full-time and Part-time Postgraduates (No.2 of Teaching and Research Section [20 16]) and Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and other five departments on Further Improving the Employment of Part-time Postgraduates (Letter of Teaching and Research Section [20 19] 1) stipulate that 20/KLOC-0. Those who meet the above conditions are treated equally with full-time graduate students at the time of registration.
