The permanent organization of the Association is the secretariat, with the full-time secretary-general presiding over the daily work. It consists of offices, member service centers, information management centers, activity exhibition centers, industry development centers and other departments. Nearly ten professional committees of the Association perform their respective duties, covering all fields of the catering industry. The association employs leaders of relevant government departments and industry authorities as honorary presidents and consultants. With the improvement of government macro-control, industry self-discipline and coordination, enterprise self-management, etc., the role of industry organizations has become increasingly prominent. We welcome more catering enterprises and institutions to join the association family and seek the development plan of Jiangsu catering industry.
