Gloves and cutting exercises
Glove cutting, mainly the position of fingers and thumbs, should not only pay attention to the height of the upper finger, but also the datum line of the lower finger. In this case, the two pieces are directly connected without two sides, which belongs to a relatively simple glove cutting diagram. The sewing edge of gloves is small, which is included in the cutting drawing and does not need to be placed separately. You need to relax when measuring your hands.

Tools/raw materials: hard paper, pen (or drawing powder), soft ruler, ruler, scissors.

1, measure the length of the palm from the middle finger to the wrist, and measure the hand circumference around the palm.

2, draw the hand length, leave the length under the wrist (this length is mastered by yourself, it is best not to be less than 6 cm), and draw half of the hand circumference as the palm width.

3. The average hand length is divided into 6, and the finger baseline is determined by half of the third part. Then, divide the palm evenly into four parts and draw a four-finger baseline.

The bottom line of index finger is down from baseline 1.2cm, the bottom line of middle finger is down from baseline 1cm, and the bottom line of little finger is down from baseline1.8cm.. As shown in the figure.

4. Tilt the bottom line slightly to the fingertips and draw the finger side line. The first sixth of the hand length is divided into four parts, one half is the height of the index finger, one quarter is the height of the ring finger, and the bottom line is the height of the little finger.

5. Draw a slightly inclined line from the baseline to the fingertip as the finger side line, draw the finger width line and trace the radian.

6. Take the bottom line of the hand length as the baseline, determine the upper line of the thumb at the bottom line of the fourth square with the hand length down 0.7cm, determine the width of the finger pulp at the half of the last square inward 1.5cm, and draw an arc to complete the palm clipping diagram.

7. Take one third of the hand length as the thumb length, and 6 cm downward as the finger pulp length. Half of the hand circumference is finger width, and the thumb baseline is drawn.

8. The width should be equally divided, and the upper part should be connected with one-half finger root and the lower part should be diagonally connected.

9. Draw the upper and lower arcs with these two lines as the baseline to complete the thumb clipping diagram.

10, crop the pattern. It can be reused.
