I. Recruiting unit and quota
This recruitment is internal. Second, the scope and conditions of recruitment

4. Comply with relevant avoidance regulations. This recruitment adopts two-way selection and direct assessment.
Four. Recruitment procedure
(1) Registration
1. Registration time and place: On-site job fair of Chenggong Campus of Kunming University of Science and Technology (March 25th), subject to the notice of Panxi Talent Network and School Admissions and Employment Network.
2. Registration method: On-site registration is adopted, and registration fee is free.
3. Registration method: On-site registration: applicants fill in two registration information forms (see Annex 2 for details), bring two originals and photocopies of their ID cards, two originals and photocopies of graduation certificates or academic certificates, and two recent 1 inch bareheaded photos, and register at the recruiting unit.
(2) Qualification examination
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If the applicant is found to be unqualified or fraudulent in any aspect of recruitment, his qualification for application (employment) will be cancelled at his own risk.
On-site applicants' qualification preliminary examination and qualification review are carried out simultaneously.
(3) Evaluation
Conduct on-site comprehensive assessment according to the determined qualification conditions of the recruitment position, and the comprehensive assessment content is: written test+interview.

(4) Physical examination
Those who pass the comprehensive examination will take part in the physical examination, which will be organized by the District People's Social Security Bureau to the second-level general hospital designated by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau. Among them, the recruitment positions with special requirements for physical conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Special Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2010] No.82). Recruiting units or candidates who have doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may submit a written re-examination request within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. Re-examination is only conducted once, and only the items that have an impact on the physical examination conclusion are re-examined. The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.
Applicants who practise fraud or conceal the real situation in the medical examination or those who are absent from the medical examination shall not be employed or disqualified. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
(5) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination will enter the inspection in equal quantities, and the inspection work will be undertaken by the District People's Social Security Bureau. Investigation contents: candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, social relations and whether they need to be avoided, to verify whether candidates meet the registration qualifications and whether the information and related materials provided are true and accurate.
(6) Publicity
Eligible personnel are determined to be employed, and the human and social departments will publicize them in Panxi Talent Network and Panzhihua East District Public Information Network. The publicity period is 7 working days. If there are no problems or problems during the publicity period but it does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled; If the problem is serious and evidence is found, it will not be hired; If there is a serious problem in the report, but it is difficult to verify or deny it at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then the employment will be decided after verification. Due to the above reasons or during the publicity period, the vacant positions voluntarily abandoned by the employees to be hired will not be filled.
(7) Employment
1. Those who pass the examination, physical examination and publicity shall be examined and confirmed by the Organization Department of the District Party Committee and the District People's Social Security Bureau.
2. Upon examination and confirmation, the personnel to be employed shall report to the recruiting unit within the prescribed time limit, and the recruiting unit shall go through the employment formalities according to the relevant provisions of the state. Those who refuse to report will be disqualified. Vacancies caused by the above reasons or other reasons will not be filled.
3. Employed personnel shall implement probation system according to relevant policies and regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination by the recruiting unit will be formally hired; If there are serious violations of law and discipline during the probation period or at the expiration of the probation period, the employment will be cancelled. The minimum service life of new recruits in East District is 5 years (including probation period). From the effective date of signing the employment contract with the employer, if the work in the employer has not reached the minimum service life stipulated in the relevant regulations, it shall not be transferred (transferred) to other institutions.
