For example, make a drop-down list menu in cell A 1:A 10, as shown below:

Select cell A 1:A 10, and select Data-Validity, as shown in the figure, where each item in the source should be separated by English commas.

After setting, you can make a drop-down selection in cell A 1:A 10, as shown in the figure below:

For example, make a two-level linkage drop-down list menu in cells A 1:A 10 and B 1:B 10, as shown below:

1. Enter the information of linkage drop-down selection in the table, as shown in the figure (where the province is the first-level drop-down option and the city name is the second-level drop-down option):

2. Select cell E 1:F 1, select Insert-Name-Definition, and enter the name as "Province", as shown in the figure:
