The first is the adjustment of prevention and control measures for people entering and leaving Beijing.
On the basis of continuing to strictly manage overseas and domestic high school risk areas returning to Beijing, it is no longer required to stay at home or concentrate on observation for 4 days for those returning to Beijing from low-risk areas in China on business 14 days, and the observation can be lifted for those who stay at home or concentrate on observation, excluding overseas and Hubei high school risk areas returning to Beijing and isolated personnel. Those who stay in the hotel can go through the formalities with the "green code" of Health Treasure, and they are no longer required to provide proof of nucleic acid testing, but they should strengthen health monitoring.
The second is the adjustment of community (village) access policy. On the basis of continuing to implement community closed management, continuing to do a good job in all-weather duty and real-name management of access control, non-residents in this community can enter the community to visit relatives and friends after holding the "green code" of health treasure and registering. Employees in service industries such as express delivery, take-away, fresh milk distribution, domestic service and housing agency can enter the community after holding the "green code" of Health Treasure and registering.
With the consent of the neighborhood Committee, the decoration personnel can enter the community after registering in the "green code" of Health Treasure. In terms of airport ports, the entry mechanism of international passenger flights to Beijing at the designated first port of entry remains unchanged, and the health management measures for overseas passengers entering Beijing remain unchanged.
Fourth, on the basis of strict implementation of various prevention and control measures, parks and scenic spots have implemented prevention and control measures such as time-limited reservation and remote guidance, and indoor public places such as libraries, museums and art galleries have been opened in an orderly manner, effectively implementing reservation and current-limiting measures.
