What is the wage sharing system?
Commission wage system: also known as split wage system or split wage system, it refers to a wage system in which individual employees (or small collectives) split their net income (or gross income) according to a fixed proportion to pay labor remuneration. Generally, cost sharing can be used not only to pay the net income bonus for employees to provide a certain technology, but also for catering services (such as haircuts) or some small manual workshops (such as workshops that process clothes with imported materials) where individuals operate independently and the labor results can be directly evaluated by value. If the workers' small collective (team) implements the commission wage system, it is necessary to solve the problem of distribution according to work within the small collective.
