according to the spirit of the notice of the people's government of chun' an county on printing and distributing the implementation measures for recruiting (recording) staff of institutions in chun' an county (chun Zheng [2113] No.64), in 2119, our county decided to openly recruit staff of institutions for college graduates. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment units and positions

III. Basic recruitment requirements

1. Possess Chinese nationality, abide by the Constitution and laws of the Chinese people, and have good conduct;

2. Have the qualifications, qualifications, job qualifications, professional (practicing) qualifications and skills required for the post, and be competent for the job;

3. Under the age of 35 (born after October 1, 1974, and so on for the calculation of age conditions);

4. Adult qualifications such as adult colleges, self-taught exams and correspondence courses must obtain graduation certificates before August 3, 2119;

5. All previous graduates of Chun 'an Shengyuan, a full-time general college who have entered other places, must provide the registration records of household registration books or the proof materials of household registration issued by the public security department.

6. If the registered permanent residence is not in Chun 'an, the person to be hired by Chun 'an students must move his registered permanent residence to Chun 'an before employment.

7. On-the-job staff of public institutions must provide the certificate that their units and competent departments agree to apply for the exam. Before the employees of an enterprise unit are hired, they must provide proof that the unit and the competent department agree to apply for the exam. Those who apply for rural primary and secondary school teachers have been hired and signed employment contracts must provide the certificate of consent of the Education Bureau.

IV. Registration

Take the method of on-site registration.

1. Registration time and place: August 3, 2119 (8: 11-11: 11 am and 2: 31-5: 11 pm); The location is Chun 'an Youth Activity Center (county theater).

2. Registration method: Freshmen of ordinary colleges and universities should bring their ID cards, registration cards (or school file keeping certificates), the original and copies of graduation certificates, and all previous graduates of ordinary colleges and universities and adult education graduates should register at the registration place with their graduation certificates, household registration books and original and copies of ID cards. Those who meet the requirements need to provide 2 recent bareheaded 1-inch photos, and pay the registration examination fee 61 yuan as required.

3. Each applicant is limited to one position. When the applicant is unable to register in person due to special reasons, he may entrust others to report on his behalf. In addition to the original and photocopy of the above documents and materials, the reporter should also bring the original and photocopy of the ID card of the reporter.

the competent department of the employer is responsible for the preliminary examination of the registration qualification, and the county personnel bureau randomly checks the preliminary examination of the qualifications of some competent departments of the employer. If the conditions are not met, they can be reported to other qualified positions. Before the interview, the county personnel bureau and the competent department of the employer will review the qualifications of the finalists. Those who fail the qualification review shall not participate in the interview.

if the number of applicants is less than 2 times of the recruitment plan, the candidates are full-time undergraduate and above graduates of ordinary colleges and universities. If the number of applicants is less than 2 times of the recruitment plan, the recruitment targets are adult education, self-taught examinations, correspondence undergraduate courses and full-time colleges and universities. If one position is recruited, the examination will not be held, and if two or more positions are recruited, the recruitment plan will be reduced by 1: 2.

V. Examination

The examination includes written examination and interview, with written examination accounting for 61% of the total score and interview accounting for 41% of the total score. (Keep two decimal places and round off the mantissa. If the total score is equal, the one with high written test score will be ranked first).

1. written test. The written test is divided into two parts: public subjects and professional subjects. The content of the public * * * subject is "Administrative Career Aptitude Test", which accounts for 51% of the public * * * subject, and the comprehensive basic knowledge (including writing) accounts for 51% of the public * * * subject.

professional subjects: with the consent of the county personnel bureau, the competent department of the employer can organize the examination by itself.

the written test is 111%. Anyone who takes the written test must take the public examination. Only take an examination of public * * * subjects according to the public * * * subjects to calculate the total written test score; If a written examination of professional subjects is required, the written examination scores will be 41% for public subjects and 61% for professional subjects, which will be calculated as the total written examination scores. After the written test, the county personnel bureau will determine the qualified scores according to the difficulty coefficient of each professional test paper.

The written test time is Saturday, August 5th. Applicants must take the written test at the time, test center and examination room specified in the admission ticket with their admission ticket and ID card (both of which are indispensable). The admission ticket shall be uniformly issued by the competent department of the recruiting unit.

2. Interview. County Health Bureau recruiters organize interviews by themselves (except financial subsidy units), and County Personnel Bureau is responsible for supervising and guiding the interviews. Personnel interviews of other recruitment units are organized by the county personnel bureau, and the interviewees are determined according to the ratio of 1︰3 according to the number of online people from high to low. If the number of online people is less than 1︰3 in the recruitment plan, the interviewees are determined according to the actual number of online people. The full score of the interview is 111, and the qualified score is 61.

3 days before the interview, if the short-listed interviewees fail to pass the qualification re-examination or confirm that they will not participate in the interview, they can be replaced from high score to low score among those who have passed the written test of the position (major), and they will be publicized on the government portal of "Qiandao Lake in Chun 'an, China" and the talent network of Chun 'an County.

VI. Physical examination and investigation

After the interview, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the candidates' total scores in written test and interview, and from high score to low score according to the recruitment position plan of 1︰1. The standards, procedures and methods of physical examination and inspection refer to the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Detailed Rules for Civil Servants' Employment and Inspection in Zhejiang Province (Trial) respectively. The time and place of physical examination shall be notified separately by the competent recruitment department.

VII. Publicity and employment

Qualified personnel after inspection shall be determined according to the principle of merit, and the list of personnel to be recruited shall be publicized on the government portal of "Qiandaohu Lake in Chun 'an, China" and the talent website of Chun 'an County for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or problems that will not affect the employment after investigation, the recruitment procedures shall be handled according to the relevant procedures and the employment contract shall be signed; Those who reflect the problems that affect the recruitment and find evidence will not be used for recruitment; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the recruitment will be suspended, and then it will be decided whether to recruit or not.
