The steps to apply for the business license of individual businesses are as follows:

1. Apply for the name of individual businesses;

2. Go to the relevant departments to handle the license or approval documents with the Notice of Name Pre-approval;

3. Prepare relevant materials to apply for a business license.

To apply for the business license of individual industrial and commercial households, the following materials are required:

1. Original Notice of Name Pre-approval;

2. Application for registration of establishment of individual industrial and commercial households;

3. A copy of the applicant's ID card;

4. Original ID card of the applicant;

5. A recent photo of the applicant's one-inch bust

6. If the applicant entrusts an agent, the applicant shall sign the Certificate of Entrusting an Agent and the identity certificate of the agent;

7. Certificate from the family planning department;

8. Certificate of business premises;

9. Relevant licenses or approval documents, such as food circulation licenses and catering service licenses.

To apply for registration of individual industrial and commercial households, the following documents shall be submitted:

1. Application for registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant;

To apply for registration as an individual industrial and commercial house, an applicant shall apply to the registration authority where the business premises are located. The applicant shall submit an application for registration, identity certificate and proof of business premises. The registered items of individual industrial and commercial households include the operator's name and domicile, composition, business scope and business premises. Individual industrial and commercial households use the name, the name as a registered item.

Article 9

After examining the application materials according to law, the registration authority shall handle it according to the following provisions:

(1) If the application materials are complete and conform to the legal form, it shall be registered on the spot; If the application materials are incomplete or do not meet the requirements of the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be supplemented on the spot;

(2) If it is necessary to verify the substantive contents of the application materials, it shall be verified according to law, and a decision on whether to register it shall be made within 15 days from the date of accepting the application;

(3) If the individual industrial and commercial households do not meet the registration requirements, they shall not be registered and shall inform the applicant in writing, explain the reasons and inform the applicant that they have the right to apply for administrative reconsideration and bring an administrative lawsuit according to law. If it is registered, the registration authority shall issue a business license within 11 days from the date of registration. The state promotes electronic business licenses. Electronic business license and paper business license have the same legal effect.
