Yangdian Ancient Street (the county seat of the old road of the Western Han Dynasty) is located in the seat of Yangdian Town Government in liangdang county, Gansu Province, only about 2 kilometers adjacent to Fengxian County, Shaanxi Province. Since ancient times, it has been a fortress place where Gansu entered Shaanxi Tongchuan, and has been known as the "gateway to southeast Gansu" in all dynasties.

A stone tablet stands under the ancient Huai River, and the base is made of blue bricks. It is obvious that the old street of Yangdian formed its present appearance, far after the completion of the old road county, but the humanistic atmosphere of more than 2,111 years has never disappeared in this land. In fact, the establishment of Gudao County can be traced back to before the Western Han Dynasty. According to historical records, in the thirteenth year of King Qin Huiwen (the first 312 years), there was Gudao County, and the area under its jurisdiction is now Liangdang in Gansu, the whole of Fengxian in Shaanxi and most of Liuba County, which belongs to Hanzhong County. In the 28th year of King Zhao of Qin Dynasty (279 years ago), Gudao County belonged to Longxi County. At that time, the county administration of Gudao County was still between Zhangjiayao and Longjiaping in Fengxian County. In the first year of Yuanding in the Western Han Dynasty (111 years ago), Emperor Wu set Wudu County in the west of Guanghan, so Gudao County was changed to Wudu County.
The plank road and mountain road in Gudao County communicates with Hanzhong in Sichuan. In the past year, Liu Bang led his troops out of the old road and defeated Zhang Han in Chencang. He called this way of transporting troops Chencang Road, also known as the old road, and it was one of the ancient plank roads leading from Shaanxi to Sichuan. Chencang Road starts from Yangdian Village in Liangdang and enters Longnan, meanders in the hills and mountains in the east of Liangdang and Huixian, and then passes through Huixian County to reach the foot of the famous Qingniling Mountain.

The cultural and natural landscape around a street in the ancient building of Yangdian is rich and colorful, and the surrounding environment is surrounded by mountains and rivers. Since ancient times, agriculture has been developed, and it is located in the traffic artery, which has formed a unique regional cultural and humanistic culture under the influence of foreign cultures. It is also connected with scenic spots such as Lingguanxia Baipisong Nature Reserve, Zhang Guolao Dengzhen Cave, Dong Zhen 'an Temple and Huanghua Temple, and has been called "Jiulongchuan Nature Reserve" since ancient times.
Most of the existing shops in the ancient street are in the style of two-story attic. From the door and window plaques, you can appreciate the details of wood carving, flower decoration and brick carving, with various themes. Most of these shops have a five-bay structure, and at least three-bay structure. The pavement extends inward, and the courtyard has a two-yard, three-yard and cross-yard architectural pattern. On this short street, there are nearly 21 representative houses with time-honored brands such as Yongshun Store, Taihe Hall, Yusheng Palace, Duijinsuo, Luobin Wangjia and Wanquan Old Shop. These shops are mainly chariots and horses shops, dyeing shops, condiment workshops, gold and silver processing workshops and medicinal materials shops. The settled merchants come from Huixian and Tianshui, Baoji and Hanzhong in Shaanxi, and even Hubei and Sichuan.

From the "Yongshun Store" with the best preservation status in the ancient street, let's take a look at the unique charm of the ancient street dwellings. "Yongshun Store" is carved with beams and painted buildings, with beautiful shape and colorful colors. The rooms are of civil structure, with two attics and three lower floors, and wooden columns as the skeleton. There are three rooms on the upper floor, with all wooden doors and windows on the front. Seen from the top, the roof is a long blue brick carved with flowers, each brick is more than five inches long and about five inches wide. The branches, leaves and petals are vivid and lifelike, and they are arranged from south to north at a time. There are spherical stamens in the flowers, and two layers of petals appear alternately from inside to outside, which can complement each other and match each other. The blue tiles on the roof are arranged regularly, and the exposed parts on the tiles at the eaves can also be distinguished by patterns.
