Commercial administrative departments are responsible for poultry market setup, renovation and construction of the planning and supervision and guidance.
The administrative department in charge of agriculture is responsible for the industry supervision and management of poultry slaughtering, and the animal health supervisory organization is responsible for the supervision and management of animal disease prevention and control of poultry trading.
Administration for industry and commerce is responsible for the registration of the main body of poultry trading, supervision and management of market trading behavior in accordance with the law, accept consumer complaints and reports, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of operators and consumers.
Food and drug supervision and management departments are responsible for poultry into the poultry market or production and processing enterprises after the supervision and management of food safety.
Urban management administrative department is responsible for the poultry market appearance and environmental health supervision and management, according to law to investigate and deal with unauthorized stalls and poultry trading behavior.
Health administrative departments responsible for poultry trading practitioners infected with avian influenza and other epidemics of epidemic monitoring and control, guidance for poultry trading practitioners to do a good job of health protection.

The Municipal People's Government may, according to the needs of the work, adjust the scope of the live poultry trading ban area and announced to the community in advance. (1) the establishment of poultry into the plant (farm) inspection and registration system, check animal quarantine certificates, animal and poultry identification, and truthfully record the results of the inspection;
(2) the establishment of the product quality and safety of poultry product traceability system, and truthfully record the source of slaughtered poultry, flow, health inspection and harmless treatment;
(3) in accordance with the provisions of the state regulations for the establishment of poultry slaughtering plant (farm) shall be in accordance with the relevant planning. > (C) in accordance with state regulations and technical requirements for the operation of the slaughter;
(D) laws, rules and regulations provide for other obligations. Article IX fixed-point slaughter and treatment of fresh poultry products should be used to meet the standards of the cold chain of special vehicles for distribution, the distribution process should comply with the relevant norms to ensure the quality and safety of fresh poultry products.
Distribution of fresh poultry products, transportation, loading and unloading tools should be sterilized. Article X of fresh poultry products operators shall fulfill the following obligations:
(a) with the relevant provisions of the sale of premises and refrigeration equipment to ensure that the sale of fresh poultry products in the process of the product required for the low-temperature environment;
(b) the purchase of qualified poultry slaughtering plant (farm) produced qualified fresh poultry products, the establishment of the purchase of goods, inspection, registration system;
(c) the sale of fresh poultry products with the (C) the sale of fresh poultry products with animal quarantine certificates, certificates of inspection and poultry slaughter plants (farms) of the unified logo;
(D) shall not be sold beyond the shelf life, spoilage and other food safety standards do not meet the fresh poultry products;
(E) laws, rules and regulations provide for other obligations. Units and individuals shall not set up unauthorized live poultry market.
Live poultry trading should be carried out in the market. Article XII of the live poultry market shall meet the following requirements:
(a) trading area, slaughtering area is relatively closed, with independent external entrances and exits;
(b) equipped with sick and dead birds harmless treatment facilities;
(c) equipped with exhaust, water supply and drainage, cleaning, operation and garbage collection facilities, in line with the requirements of fire safety, environmental protection, food safety and other requirements;
(D) laws, rules and regulations of other requirements.
