1. If you need the reimbursement voucher for the high-speed train ticket, you can exchange the reimbursement voucher with the original ID card used for ticket purchase at the ticket window and ticket vending/picking machine in high-speed railway station before the train starts 180 days or before the boarding date. If you want to print the reimbursement voucher after more than 180 days, you need to go through the railway 12306 customer service.

2. Legal basis: Article 34 of the Regulations on Railway Passenger Transport.

When passengers can't take the train on the date stipulated in the ticket, they can apply for an early or delayed boarding visa if the train has the ability. Visa procedures for late boarding should not exceed 2 hours after driving at the latest, and group passengers must apply 48 hours before driving.

2. Can the general high-speed rail ticket be refunded after the time?

High-speed rail tickets cannot be refunded after the time, and can be changed on the premise that the station has transportation capacity. At present, train tickets are refunded step by step, and so are high-speed rail tickets. The specific provisions are as follows:

1. If the departure time of the bus stop exceeds 48 hours, a refund fee of 5% of the fare will be charged when the ticket is refunded.

2. Refund fees of 10% of the fare will be charged if the ticket is refunded more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before driving.

3. If it is less than 24 hours before driving, a refund fee of 20% of the fare will be charged when the ticket is refunded.

4. During the period of Spring Festival travel rush, the refund fee after the change of the train ticket is uniformly charged at 20% of the face price.
