Online Invoice Application Process of Hubei Electronic Taxation Bureau

I. Checking (handing in) old invoices (referring to checking the information of invoices received before, and reducing the balance of invoices accordingly after checking the old invoices).

(2) After entering the old invoice inspection (delivery) module, the system will automatically conduct inspection. After passing the inspection, click Next to enter the link to add the inspection information of the old invoice.

(3) The system automatically extracts the issuing information of anti-counterfeiting tax-controlled invoices and checks the billing information extracted by the system. After verification, check the invoice to be inspected, and click Next to submit inspection information.

(four) the system prompts the completion of the submission, and the old inspection information is automatically written into the tax payment system.

Second, the invoice recipients

(1) Log in to the homepage of Electronic Taxation Bureau (), click I want to do tax, click Invoice Use in the tax-related business category column displayed below, and click Invoice Collection in the display of various invoice businesses.

(2) After entering the invoice collection module, the system will pop up a "prompt message" requesting real-name face-brushing authentication, select "Name", and click I have entered Alipay or WeChat scan code to start face scan code recognition authentication.

(3) Automatic test. After the test passes, click Next to enter the application form filling process (if the test fails, you need to contact the tax authorities (contact information: 33 12366)).

(4) Select the invoice type to be collected in the invoice collection table, and the optional invoice type is consistent with the ticket type verification information in the tax verification and collection system.

If there is no invoice type to be collected in the invoice type drop-down menu, you need to apply for ticket type approval in the electronic tax bureau (that is, add available ticket types). You can call the service phone number 33 12366 to submit it to the tax service office for review, and you can choose it after the tax service office has passed the review.

(5) Select the invoice type for essentials, fill in the collecting quantity in the invoice collecting table, and click "Next" to select the collecting method.

(6) Express delivery is the way to collect tickets. Express delivery merchants choose postal express delivery, fill in the delivery address, recipient and contact number of the recipient, and then click Next.

(seven) check the confirmation form, and click Next after checking it; The system prompts that the submission is complete.

(8) You can check the progress of the invoice collection application in My To-Do List on the homepage of the Electronic Taxation Bureau, and call the service number 33 12366 to submit it to the tax service office for review.

(12) Click Query in the pop-up online ticket collection window, select the invoice record below, and click Invoice Download. After the invoice is downloaded successfully, the invoice can be issued normally; If the recipient is quota invoice (hand-torn invoice), etc. , this step is not required.

(13) Log in to the Electronic Taxation Bureau, find the initiated invoice application in my to-do list, click the View button on the right to enter the invoice application form page, and click the confirmation receipt on the right to end the online invoice application process.

Third, warm tips

(1) Before receiving tax-controlled invoices (golden tax plate, tax control plate, invoices issued by tax Ukey) online, please confirm that the tax-controlled equipment has filed tax returns; If you collect quota invoice, you don't need to file tax returns, but you need to check (hand in) the old invoices.

(2) Taxpayers who receive invoices for the first time do not need to check (hand in) old invoices.
