In order to crack down on electricity theft and leakage, put an end to illegal use of electricity, improve the awareness of stable use of electricity by electricity customers, and ensure the normal order of power supply and use. In 2022, our company carried out a comprehensive survey of electricity consumption transactions of power customers within the jurisdiction of power supply. * * * Check 8035 households/time of all kinds of electricity customers, and establish the health technical files of large industrial electricity customers in operation in this power supply collection. For customers with global centralized power supply capacity of 1 10KVA or above, check once every quarter, and randomly select some customers whose electricity consumption is suspicious and suddenly drops. At the same time, the phenomena of unstable electricity consumption and illegal electricity consumption were rectified. A total of 100 kVA and above large power customers 14 households were rectified, 56 illegal and unstable power consumption problems were corrected, 48 hidden dangers of power distribution room instability were found, 39 meters and current transformers were wrongly connected, 93 single-phase metering electric meters and 7 three-phase electric meters and problems were found. It has played a certain role in reducing the economic losses of power supply enterprises. This is a complete and thoughtful working procedure formulated by our company on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the previous experience of electricity inspection.

1. Establish a healthy structure. Our company has set up a general survey working group for electricity consumption transactions with the planning director and deputy director as the general instructions, the electricity marketing department as the central instruction, the electricity consumption inspection class as the commando team and the power supply exchange as the backbone. Each power supply station really checks the power consumption within its own power supply jurisdiction, and the power consumption inspection class does not make surprise inspections on time 24 hours a day and night. Under the guidance of the general instruction, the electric power marketing department really realizes the harmonious construction of electricity consumption inspection and timely handles all kinds of problems found in the inspection.

2. To strengthen publicity and make public opinion constitute a deterrent structure, it is necessary to make the vast number of electricity customers form the consciousness of using electricity according to law and stably. This year, our company has carried out three publicity campaigns with RTVU, using leaflets, radio publicity, card building and other forms to vigorously publicize the Electricity Law, Power Supply Trading Rules, Measures for Checking and Handling Electricity Consumption, and Opinions on Handling Electricity Stealing in Sichuan Province, so that the idea that "electric energy is a commodity" is deeply rooted in the hearts of power users. Under the rich and powerful public opinion propaganda, some electricity users have removed illegal ideas.

3. Strengthen its own internal processing and improve the quality of personnel. At the same time, our company set an example from the internal handling, drew inferences from others, carried forward the essence of personnel, and formed a well-trained campaign team.
