Entry (return) to Xiamen
1, the city continues to implement free nucleic acid testing services (some nucleic acid testing sites extended to 22:00), encourage the public to carry out a nucleic acid test every 72 hours.
2, take the plane, high-speed rail, train, cross-provincial long-distance passenger transport, cross-provincial passenger ships and other means of transportation need to be checked within 48 hours of the nucleic acid test negative certificate.
3, within 7 days of the high-risk areas have a history of travel to (return to) Xiamen: the implementation of 7 days of home isolation for medical observation (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th day each to carry out a nucleic acid test).
4, all (incoming) returned to Xiamen personnel, must be in advance through the iXiamen WeChat public number "information registration of people entering Xiamen" registration information, and take the initiative to the unit, the community or stay in the hotel to report, with the implementation of health management measures. If you have not reported in advance, you must make a supplementary report within six hours after arriving in Xiamen. According to the departure place and the epidemic risk level through the implementation of categorized management:
a, within 7 days of the A category of areas (Inner Mongolia, Tibet, Xinjiang, Chongqing, Hebei, Xining City, Qinghai Province, Henan Province, Zhengzhou City, Luoyang City, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province) travel history of the people into (return to) Xiamen: the implementation of the 3 days after the entry of Xiamen home health monitoring + 4 days of self-health monitoring, the first, second, third, fifth, seventh day each Nucleic acid test will be conducted once.
b. For those who enter (return) to Xiamen within 7 days and have a history of residence in Beijing, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, Foshan City, Wuhan City, Hubei Province: with reference to the management of Class A areas, 3 days of home health monitoring + 4 days of self-health monitoring will be implemented after entering Xiamen, and nucleic acid test will be conducted once on each of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days; those who come to Xiamen for traveling and other non-fixed residence and do not meet the conditions of residence will be subjected to 3 days of centralized quarantine.
c. For people entering (returning) to Xiamen who have a history of traveling to a category B city (see the table below) within 7 days: four tests are implemented for five days after entering Xiamen, and a nucleic acid test is conducted on each of the 1st (landing test), 2nd, 3rd and 5th days.
d. Category C cities, i.e., all other extra-municipal entrants (returnees) to Xiamen other than those from category AB areas: three days and three inspections after entering Xiamen (including landing inspection).
Additionally, according to the Xiamen Municipal Response to the New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Work Command [2022] Circular No. 29,
I. Entry into Xiamen must be reported.
All persons entering (returning) to Xiamen must register their information in advance through the iXiamen WeChat public number "registration of information on persons entering Xiamen" and take the initiative to report to their units, communities or hotels, with the implementation of health management measures. If you do not report in advance, you have to make up for it within six hours of arriving in Xiamen.
The "three days, three inspections" for entry into the city.
1. All persons entering (returning) to Xiamen are required to complete the "three days three inspections (including landing inspection)" upon their arrival in Xiamen. Those who enter (return) to Xiamen from key areas are subject to the relevant regulations.
2, outside Fujian Province (including 7 days of travel history outside Fujian Province) into (return) Xiamen and Fujian Province, where the high-risk areas of the county (district) into (return) Xiamen personnel, arrived in Xiamen for less than 3 days, do not enter the catering services, shopping centers (including department stores), shopping malls and supermarkets, agricultural (market) market, beauty salons, baths, footbaths, SPA, amusement arcade, dance halls, KTV, Internet cafes, bars, Script killing, escape room, gym, swimming pool, chess and cards room and other public **** places, not to participate in gathering activities, not to take public **** transportation.
