Precautions:

2. All sampling personnel should wear masks regularly, scan the "place code", show their own "Su Kang code" and "trip code" on the day, take the temperature test, obey the dispatching command of the management personnel, queue up in an orderly manner according to the on-site instructions, keep a reasonable distance of more than 1 meters from others, and do not cut in line, talk or gather.

3. This round of testing adopts direct scanning of nucleic acid detection QR code or ID card for registration. Please be sure to bring a screenshot of nucleic acid detection QR code or the original ID card. Older people and minors without mobile phones can apply for QR codes by their immediate family members and keep screenshots for use. If you don't have the original ID card, and your children or parents are not around, please write your name, mobile phone number and ID card number in advance, and the on-site staff will assist you in entering it.

4. It should be noted that people who have been vaccinated within 48 hours cannot participate in nucleic acid sampling.

5. If you have symptoms such as fever and cough, please report to your community and unit in advance, take personal protection, and go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital in time, instead of going to the centralized sampling point.

6. According to the "Guidelines for the Disposal of People with Fuyang in COVID-19 City, Jiangsu Province", if the positive infected person is discharged from the hospital or released from isolation within 3 months, please report to the village for single sampling and single inspection.

7. The cost of this full-time nucleic acid test shall be borne by the government. If you don't receive a phone call within 24 hours after sampling, the test result will be negative and no written report will be issued.
