September 28, 2007, by the Lanzhou Municipal Government, Gansu Provincial Department of Commerce sponsored by the first "China - Lanzhou Beef Noodle Festival" in the grand opening of the Oriental Red Square, Lanzhou Beef Noodle logo to unveil the mysterious veil, "cattle bowl" sculpture debut! In 2010, Lanzhou City had 1,099 beef noodle stores, including 639 halal noodle shops, with a total business area of more than 60,000 square meters, more than 10,000 employees, and an annual turnover of 1.2 billion yuan. On the afternoon of March 31, 2012, the Office of Human Resources and Social Security of Gansu Province held a symposium to listen to the opinions and suggestions of experts and related parties on how to promote the standardization, professionalization and industrialization of Lanzhou beef ramen. Zhu Zhiliang, consultant of the Standing Committee of Gansu Provincial People's Congress, honorary president of Gansu Human Resources Industry Association and former deputy director of Gansu Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, was appointed as consultant of National Specialized Occupational Competency Examination and Appraisal Committee for Lanzhou Beef Noodle Making in China. Ma Shaomin, deputy to the 11th National People's Congress, winner of the 24th Plum Blossom Prize of Chinese Drama, national-level actor, leading talent of Gansu Province, and deputy director of the Provincial Peking Opera Troupe, was appointed as the "Ambassador of Lanzhou Beef Noodle Making in China".

On the morning of August 6~August 26, 2012, "2012 China Lanzhou Beef Noodle Festival" was grandly held by China Chamber of International Commerce (CCCI), China Cuisine Association (CCA), Lanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Lanzhou Municipal Government at the Gansu International Convention and Exhibition Center***.

On the afternoon of August 6, 2012, the China-Lanzhou Beef Ramen Industry Upgrading and Development Summit Forum was held in Lanzhou.

On the morning of September 7, 2012, Gansu Xinglong Lanzhou Beef Ramen Vocational Training School was inaugurated in Lanzhou, marking the birth of China's first Lanzhou Beef Ramen Special Vocational Competence Training School, which will play an effective role in promoting the development of Lanzhou Beef Ramen standardization, vocationalization and industrialization.

In the folk Lanzhou beef ramen and Shanxi knife-shaved noodles, Henan chow mein, Sichuan dan dan noodles, Beijing fried noodles, Wuhan hot noodles, Kunshan Ao zao noodles, Zhenjiang pot cover noodles, Hangzhou slice of Sichuan, Jilin Yanbian cold noodles, for the top ten noodles in China, is rare and delicious noodles.
