It is recommended to ask the above departments for guidance on how to decorate the kitchen and ask what the requirements are, otherwise you will have to do it again if you decorate it yourself. In addition, it takes a long time to apply for the Catering Business License, so it should be handled as soon as possible.

3. Do a good job in the Catering Business License and go to the industrial and commercial department to apply for the industrial and commercial business license. General information: photo of my certificate, ID card and photocopy, photocopy of the property certificate of the store (land certificate or real estate license, etc.), lease contract and photocopy of the store, and original and photocopy of the Catering Business License. If the materials are complete and meet the requirements of your local industrial and commercial bureau, you can usually get them in about a week. If you are not local, you may need to provide family planning documents and other materials.

4. To apply for the Tax Registration Certificate from the local tax and national tax authorities within 31 days after obtaining the business license, you need the business license, real estate certification documents, lease contract, ID card and a copy.

tip: with the license reform, the catering business license policy is implemented now. Enterprises can apply for the business license first, and then apply for the catering license.
