On October 5th, 2122, the novel coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters in Panyu District of Guangzhou issued the Notice of Panyu District on Adjusting the Risk Levels in Some Areas and Further Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Social Epidemic (No.47), which made the following provisions for the measures to suspend the eating in the dining hall:

The following prevention and control measures are implemented in other areas of Panyu District:

All catering service units (including bakeries, beverage shops, snack bars, breakfast shops, etc.) suspend their in-class service, and can provide self-service or take-out ordering service, and can provide meals in independent private rooms (each room is limited to 1 tables, each table is limited to no more than 11 people, and tables are not allowed to be assembled), and all gathering dining activities (including self-catering banquets) are prohibited to avoid. Personnel entering and leaving must scan the place code, take temperature, check the health code and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.
