Site selection requirements of onion restaurant

Property use: lease

Demand area: 200-700 square meters;

Term of the contract: 3-5 years.

Site selection criteria:

1. Hot pot restaurant in business circle is a catering format mainly for mass consumption.

2. Located in a residential area or community, region or city business circle with a population of not less than 50,000.

3. The building requires a frame building. The kitchen can be less than one-third of the business area of the restaurant, and the rest is the same as the restaurant. Upstairs shops are also ok.

4. The area shall be 200~700 square meters.

5. The rent tolerance depends on the business circle, road section and lot, and is generally not higher than 4 yuan/(square meter day).

6. The lease term exceeds 3 years.
