5. Simplify foreign exchange procedures.

Through the special refinancing of the People's Bank of China, financial institutions are supported to provide preferential interest rate credit support to key enterprises directly involved in the production, transportation and sales of key medical supplies and living materials.

Encourage financial institutions within their jurisdiction to provide more preferential financial services to relevant units and staff in the front line of epidemic prevention and control, those who receive treatment or isolation, and those who temporarily lose their source of livelihood due to the epidemic, flexibly adjust personal credit repayment arrangements such as housing mortgage and credit card, and reasonably postpone the repayment period. 9. Through consultation with employees, and try not to lay off employees or less. Eligible enterprises can refund unemployment insurance premiums according to regulations.
