Remittance fees related to epidemic prevention and control handled by banking financial institutions through the payment system of the People's Bank of China will be reduced. 5. Simplify foreign exchange procedures.

For foreign exchange donated funds remitted from home and abroad to support epidemic prevention and control, banks can directly go through the current account foreign exchange settlement account of the recipient unit, and conveniently go through the formalities of settlement and entry.
Suspension of the requirement to open a donated foreign exchange account. Medical care and related staff who are infected with novel coronavirus due to performing their duties are identified as work-related injuries according to regulations; The drugs and medical services covered by the novel coronavirus Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Infected Pneumonia will be temporarily included in the payment scope of the industrial injury insurance fund. Through the special refinancing of the People's Bank of China, financial institutions are supported to provide preferential interest rate credit support to key enterprises directly involved in the production, transportation and sales of key medical supplies and living materials.
Encourage financial institutions within their jurisdiction to provide more preferential financial services to relevant units and staff in the front line of epidemic prevention and control, those who receive treatment or isolation, and those who temporarily lose their source of livelihood due to the epidemic, flexibly adjust personal credit repayment arrangements such as housing mortgage and credit card, and reasonably postpone the repayment period.
