(7) organize fire safety inspection during major holidays and fire-prone seasons, and make a decision within 7 days on major fire hazards, regional fire hazards and rectification reports of suspension of production and business;

(8) Organize regular fire prevention publicity and education, actively promote the research and application of information technologies such as the Internet and the Internet of Things in the field of public fire safety, and incorporate family fire insurance for urban and rural residents and the renovation of fire protection facilities for old buildings in urban and rural areas into government livelihood projects according to the actual work;

(9) perform other fire safety duties as stipulated by laws, regulations and rules. Article 7 The fire control institutions of public security organs in cities, districts and counties (autonomous counties) shall perform the following fire control duties: < P > (1) Make a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the fire control safety situation in the local area every year and report it to the people's government at the corresponding level in writing;

(2) Implement the fire administrative license and fire supervision and inspection according to law, report and notify the major fire hazards in time, and strengthen the supervision and management of fire protection technical service activities and fire protection products in the use field;

(3) Identify high-risk fire units according to the law, and identify key fire safety units according to the declaration of social units. If it is found in the inspection that it has reached the standard but has not been declared, timely urge it to declare;

(4) organize fire fighting, investigate the cause of fire, make statistics on fire losses, and deal with fire accidents according to law;

(5) Supervise and guide full-time fire brigades and volunteer fire brigades to carry out fire fighting business training and fire fighting drills, and give professional guidance to township people's governments, neighborhood offices, public security police stations and full-time fire brigades at least once every quarter;

(6) to carry out fire safety publicity, organize and guide fire safety training;

(7) to perform other fire safety duties stipulated by laws, regulations and rules. Article 8 Departments in charge of urban and rural construction, commerce, culture, health and family planning, education, civil affairs, tourism and other industries in cities, districts and counties (autonomous counties) shall, in accordance with the principle of "who is in charge, who is responsible", regularly judge the fire safety situation in their own industries and systems, organize fire safety inspections, urge relevant units to establish and improve fire safety systems, rectify fire hazards, solve outstanding fire safety problems, and implement standardized fire safety management in their industries.
