For those who have been to the city or county where the medium-high risk area is located within 14 days or those who have local cases of asymptomatic infection but have not yet been classified as medium-high risk area, and those whose health code or travel code is red or yellow, the above people must take the initiative to report to the communities, work units or hotels they are staying in, and cooperate with the implementation of the epidemic prevention and control measures, such as nucleic acid testing, medical observation, or health surveillance, according to the requirements, when they are doing their own personal protection. The city's institutions, enterprises and public institutions, communities should strictly implement the normalized epidemic prevention and control measures, and at the same time, should take the initiative to carry out the relevant key people involved in the epidemic investigation. The general public should also take the initiative to report to their communities or CDCs if they find any key people involved in the epidemic. If you do not take the initiative to report, do not comply with the relevant provisions of the epidemic prevention and control, resulting in the spread of the epidemic or the spread of the disease, will be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility.

Active nucleic acid testing

Anyone who comes from the province where the medium- to high-risk area is located or from a place where there is a local outbreak within 14 days is required to hold a certificate of a negative nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus within 48 hours. Personnel arriving from a city or prefecture where a local case or asymptomatic infected person has been reported within 14 days are also required to undergo another nucleic acid test within 24 hours of entering the city.

Reasonable travel arrangements

In view of the current epidemic situation, it is recommended that people do not travel across provinces or on business trips unless necessary, and do not travel to the city of Xi'an, as well as to medium- and high-risk areas in China, or to cities where epidemics have occurred. If you do need to go, please inquire in advance or call the advisory phone to understand the epidemic prevention and control policies and measures around, and in advance to the community or work unit to report, the whole personal protection. Before returning to the city, you should take the initiative to report the situation to your community or work unit 24 hours in advance, and cooperate with the prevention and control measures.

Pay attention to the change of the health code

Insist on self-health monitoring
