How to disinfect the kitchen chopping board?
Disinfection of kitchen chopping board. The chopping board is a wooden board placed on the table to prevent the table from being damaged when cutting vegetables. Spoken language is called chopping board, and written language is called chopping board. In the past, chopping boards were mainly made of wood blocks, but recently, because they are easy to wear, they are mostly made of plastic.

Because there are many bacteria and parasite eggs on lettuce, the cutting board will inevitably be polluted. If you use this chopping board to cut cooked food, it will pollute the cooked food. You'd better prepare two chopping boards. Raw food and cooked food use different chopping boards. Or use different chopping boards for meat and vegetables, which can effectively prevent cross-infection of bacteria.

After the traditional cutting board is used up, scrub it with a hard brush and clean water to wash off the dirt together with the sawdust. If there is fishy smell of fish and meat, you can wash it with rice washing water or detergent dissolved in salt, and then wash it with warm water. Don't scald with boiling water, because the protein in the meat remains on the chopping board, which will solidify when heated, and it is not easy to clean. Stand up to dry after washing. Ultraviolet disinfection: exposing the chopping block in the sun for more than 30 minutes can not only sterilize, but also dry the chopping block and reduce the proliferation of bacteria.

Washing, ironing and disinfection: firstly, clean the surface and gap of the chopping board with a hard brush and clean water, and then rinse it with boiling water at 100℃.

Disinfection with salt: After each use of the chopping block, clean the residue on the surface with a knife, and sprinkle a layer of salt on the board every 6-7 days, which can not only sterilize, but also prevent the chopping block from cracking.

Disinfection of onion and ginger: the chopping board will smell strange if used for a long time. Wipe the chopping board with raw onion or ginger, then rinse it with hot water and brush it, and the strange smell will disappear.

Vinegar disinfection: As long as you sprinkle vinegar on the chopping board that has been cut with fish and meat, dry it in the sun, and then wash it with clear water, there will be no fishy smell.

Chemical disinfection: Add 50 ml of bromogeramine into 1 kg water to soak the chopping board for about15min, and then rinse it with clean water.
