"Furnace tripod" refers to the process of refining inner elixir by using the furnace for refining outer elixir and the container tripod for containing medicine. That is to say, the part of practicing Qigong (or essence, qi and spirit) is a furnace, or what is to be transformed in practicing Qigong, that is, where the idea lies, so that the Qi can change here, that is, the furnace here; After the change, the collection place is called Ding, or the mind is re-concentrated, so it is called Ding. This is the achievement method of the Qing North School. Specifically divided into:

1, small furnace tripod: refers to the furnace in Xiadantian (below navel and life gate), and the tripod from navel to Jianli (two inches above navel). There are also those who take the perineum as the furnace and the sea of qi as the tripod. When there is a little fire in the furnace, Yuan Shen and his mind pay attention. When the furnace is heated, it is refined gas. After refining the gas, it is brought to the tripod, which is called collecting medicine and returning it to the tripod (or collecting medicine and returning it to the pot). The first way of saying this is that after Dantian was full of gas, he followed the governor, from his post to Ding, and went to Sunday when he was full of gas.

2. The cauldron: The cauldron refers to the part where the spirit is refined, with the belly as the cauldron and the head as the cauldron, that is, after refining the essence, the essence is exhausted and full of qi. At this time, the middle and lower fields are merged, and the next one is the furnace, which refines the spirit (embryo forming) and then rises to the upper field to the tripod.

3, Tiandi furnace tripod: Tiandi furnace tripod is based on the nature of heaven and earth as a furnace, to practice external gas, as a tripod, to collect gas into the human body. In the past, the static technique of the integration of heaven and man was to take heaven and earth as the furnace tripod. Now practicing releasing internal qi and collecting external qi is to better combine with natural qi, which also belongs to this type. If you practice this skill, you can cure diseases at the initial stage, but in the advanced stage, you need to introduce the true Yang of Heaven to point out the Yin Qi in the body.

4, body and mind furnace tripod: for the furnace, with the heart (God) as the tripod, the body and mind are one, different, Dan Naicheng, the body and mind furnace is actually the unity of god and form, and Shenzhuang's skill belongs to this level. When practicing, the body produces qi, which combines it with God, and the spirit is restrained by God, that is, the unity of God and form. Generally, I practiced in the Dandao School until the fetus was born, and then the abdomen was closed after the fetus was born, so that the abdomen filled all parts of the body and even the pores were hairy. At this time, the whole body can emit golden light. This is the situation at the top.

5, Taixu furnace tripod: take the invisible infinite void as the furnace, take the heart (the ancestor of no image) as the tripod, the external infinity enriches the infinity of the body, and finally the human and the void. This can only be understood after the ancestral porch trick is opened.
