Product heating principle:

The normal 50HZ power frequency power supply enters the heater and is output through the variable frequency power supply in the heater.

Part of it is a high-frequency power supply with 20000HZ frequency conversion. The heating core (as shown in figure 1) is separated from water and electricity, and high-frequency wires are wound inside and outside. The high-frequency current of high-frequency power supply generates high-frequency magnetic field through high-frequency wires, activates water molecules, and stimulates water molecules through infrared rays, thus achieving the purpose of rapid heating.

1, magnetized water

The heater is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction heating. Water and electricity are separated, and water molecules are activated and heated by magnetic field lines. When heating, the heating core part forms a large fixed magnetic field for water. After the water passes through, it is cut by the magnetic wire, which magnetizes the water and has no structure.

Advantages: long service life, stable thermal efficiency, and maintenance-free heater and whole HVAC system.

Why is there not a good structure?

(1) If the heater is structured, the heat will be conducted to the outside through the structural layer, which will affect the heating of water and reduce the thermal efficiency.
