(I) WTO Division
To undertake the technical support work related to the new round of WTO agricultural negotiations. It participates in the new round of agricultural negotiations, conducts research on the issues involved in the negotiations, puts forward negotiation plans, provides caliber for the regular and technical negotiations of the permanent missions to the WTO, and undertakes the day-to-day work of the inter-ministerial joint meeting of the new round of agricultural negotiations of the WTO.
(2) Trade Remedies Division
To undertake technical support work related to WTO negotiations on other agricultural issues, to undertake investigations on damage to the agricultural industry, anti-dumping and countervailing, to participate in the settlement of trade disputes in agriculture, and to participate in the deliberation of the WTO's agricultural trade policy. Specialized negotiations on WTO agriculture-related negotiations, including accession negotiations with the applicant countries, SPS, TBT, TRIPS negotiations involving agricultural issues to conduct specialized research, put forward proposals for negotiation programs, to participate in the negotiations; to carry out relevant research and studies, to respond to other members of the prosecution of my technical support; monitoring, analysis and investigation of China's agricultural trade and agricultural industry damage to the situation, anti-dumping, anti-subsidy investigations, put forward proposals to activate the WTO agricultural trade dispute settlement mechanism, safeguard mechanism, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy mechanism, monitor the fulfillment of commitments and compliance with rules by WTO members, and provide a basis for the effective deliberation of the agricultural trade policies of other members.
(3) International Division
Analyzes and researches on trade policies and trade system reform issues such as import and export tax rates for agricultural products, tariff quota management, etc., and puts forward proposals for adjustment and reform. Conducts research on feasibility studies and negotiations on FTAs and other bilateral, plurilateral and multilateral agricultural trade negotiations, proposes proposals on agricultural negotiation programs, and participates in the negotiations.
(4) Trade Policy Division
Responsible for macro and comprehensive trade policy research, preparation of trade promotion planning; organizing and carrying out sub-products and sub-country studies, conducting systematic and tracking studies on important products and important countries; timely analysis and research on the impact of various trade issues on China's agriculture and rural economy; establishing agricultural trade policy models and carrying out quantitative studies. It is also responsible for information consulting and training services for enterprises and trade associations; collecting, organizing and analyzing agricultural trade information, establishing and maintaining agricultural trade information database (including international agricultural trade database, database of agricultural trade policies and barriers of major countries, database of China's agricultural trade, database of agricultural importers and exporters, etc.).
(F) Liaison and Cooperation Division (Liaison and Cooperation Department)
Responsible for the foreign affairs liaison and cooperation of the "Center"; responsible for the daily work of the Agricultural Branch of CCPIT and the Agricultural Chamber of Commerce of the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCCIC); responsible for the liaison with the economic and trade circles, business associations and embassies of other countries and regions, as well as with the agricultural trade promotion agencies of various provinces and cities; receiving and coordinating with the agricultural trade promotion agencies of other countries and regions. Agricultural trade promotion agencies; reception of foreign agricultural groups, the organization of domestic agricultural groups abroad, market research; responsible for the organization and implementation of the meeting, the organization of the exhibition audience invitation, buyer promotion and supporting activities.
(VII) Exhibition Division (Exhibition Department)
Responsible for organizing agricultural trade fairs, exhibitions and expositions within the country, including exhibition planning, project establishment and declaration, recruitment of domestic enterprises, recruitment of overseas exhibitions as well as coordination with cooperative agencies, exhibitor management and reception, coordination with public security and fire safety, customs, transportation, construction and exhibition halls, and development and implementation of advertising and publicity plans. It organizes enterprises to participate in and watch exhibitions abroad, and is responsible for the planning, project creation, declaration, recruitment, overseas transportation, erection and coordination of outbound exhibitions.
(VIII) Finance Division (Department of Finance)
Responsible for the "Center" financial management and accounting, the development and organization of the implementation of the financial management system, the preparation and reporting of the "Center" financial budgets, final accounts and organization of the implementation of financial budgets, the "Center" financial resources and the implementation of the "Center". "The Center shall supervise and manage the movement of funds and state-owned assets, prepare financial statistical reports and financial analysis reports, and propose financial and state-owned asset management recommendations to the leadership of the Center.
(IX) Office (General Department)
Responsible for the "Center" administration, personnel, payroll, secretarial, party, labor and women, discipline inspection and supervision, seal, archives, logistics and other integrated management and daily operation, responsible for the "Center" Important comprehensive reports, documents, leadership speeches, work plans and summaries of the organization of the drafting of materials, is responsible for the "Center" rules and regulations and organization and implementation.
