Second, the flue equipment installation steps
1. When the main structure is constructed, ventilation flue holes shall be reserved according to the position of design drawings, and the hole size is 50~80mm larger than the peripheral size of components. The reinforcement in the reserved hole should also be reserved.
2, before installation, according to the size of the ventilation flue hanging vertical hole from the top, to ensure the verticality of flue installation. When installing the first layer, first level it with 1:2 cement mortar. After the first section of pipe joint is grouted, C20 concrete about 40cm high is poured in the pipe; After the final set of concrete, install ventilation flue.
3. First, put the lower mouth of the joint into the upper mouth of the lower flue partition, and seal its four sides with cement slurry. Ventilation flue should be supported by layers. Construction practice: After grouting the upper and lower pipes, the interface of the upper and lower ventilation flue is generally located at the floor, so the Ф12 steel bar is welded at the embedded steel plate at the root of the pipe and welded with the steel bar reserved in the hole, and supported on the floor foundation.
4. Coat the upper and lower joint surfaces of ventilation flue with polymer cement slurry (108 glue: cement = 6:1); The seam between ventilation flue and stairwell should be cut in advance, cleaned and closed, and filled with C20 fine stone micro-expansive concrete. The concrete surface at the joint should be about 3 cm lower than the floor. After concrete pouring, water is stored on the concrete surface for curing.
