3. Lock the customer.

Many of our hotels don't do well, in fact, it is often because they neglect to lock in customers.

Because customers will get tired of eating the same thing several times a day. If you don't keep him at first, you may not come after two visits and will be forgotten slowly.

So it is very important for our hotel to lock in customers.
