Legal Analysis: It is not illegal to make alcohol-based fuel. With the increasing safety of alcohol-based liquid fuel (only burning but not exploding), it has been widely used as kitchen fuel in restaurants all over the country, replacing bottled liquefied petroleum gas in large quantities. In order to meet the needs of the market and people's livelihood, local governments have clearly listed alcohol-based fuels as urban civil fuels, and relevant laws are not applicable. This will contribute to the rapid development of alcohol-based liquid fuel industry in China.
Legal basis: Article 128 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that if a motor vehicle is damaged by a traffic accident, it shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law and the relevant provisions of this Law.
