In the factory as an apprentice for a period of time, I saw a lot of older old employees, the body is very thin, gray hair climbed all over the head, wrinkles on the hands of the very rough, the face of a distinctive sense of vicissitude ...... and those elderly employees is even more so! They have not yet reached the age of retirement, but in order to make a living for the family, has been silent in the production line to insist on working. They have been working in the production line for a long time, and some of them have been doing it for decades, and they also want to seek better job development, but age did not give them more opportunities, so such a job is a lifetime.

Some older employees are approaching retirement age, and still work overtime every day. Sometimes, the work is complex, the elderly employees often hurt their brains, operating machines for a long time, only to produce a qualified product; sometimes, the work stop is a few hours, the elderly employees continue to insist on the same; sometimes, the work to work overtime late into the night, the elderly employees, as always, go to work without the slightest slack ... ...That is how they work, the elderly employees in the production line positions to complete their careers, and then hand over the work in hand to the newcomers. Some of the newcomers and along the career trajectory of the old staff, in the production line to climb the ladder, has been laboring hard until retirement.

I understand the feelings of the older employees and sympathize with them! Whenever I see those elderly employees in the production line hard labor, I often think of their own parents, so old, but also in doing similar such very hard work.
