Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
Recruitment is carried out according to the procedures of registration, written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment. During the recruitment process, the coordination of epidemic prevention and control work will be done well, and candidates must conscientiously implement the dynamic requirements of epidemic prevention.
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time, place and method

Registration place: Fifth Floor, North of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Yizheng City (No.86 Daqing North Road, Yizheng City).
Registration method: Bring the second-generation ID card, household registration book, diploma (degree) certificate and supporting materials 1 copy within the validity period, and register at the site with three recent one-inch bareheaded photos, and truthfully fill in the Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Government-purchased Grassroots Posts in Yizheng City in 2020.
Applicants who provide false application materials, once verified, will be disqualified from examination and employment.
The examination proportion is 3:1. After the registration, the number of posts that have not reached the proportion of opening the examination will be appropriately reduced to 2:1according to the prescribed methods and procedures; If you still can't start the exam after that, the recruitment plan of the position will be reduced accordingly until the position is cancelled.
2. Qualification examination
Review the qualifications of the applicants, such as age, household registration, academic qualifications (degree) certificates and certification materials, and inform the applicants themselves of the audit results.
(2) written examination
The written test takes the form of closed-book examination, which mainly tests the comprehensive knowledge of candidates. The written test is graded with a percentage system. No guidance book was specified. (Zhou Zhen Town 0 1, 02, 03, 04 posts, the examination is conducted directly by interview. )

According to the current epidemic prevention and control requirements, candidates should apply for "health code" before the written test 14 days. On the day of the test, the "health code" is a green code, and the temperature measured on the spot is lower than 37.3℃, and there are no abnormal symptoms such as dry cough, so you can enter the test center to participate in the test.
(3) Interview
After the written test, determine the qualified score line of the written test. If the results are qualified or above, the candidates (including those with tied results) will be selected to participate in the interview according to the ratio of 3 times the planned number of recruitment positions (the actual number will prevail if the ratio is less than this ratio), and the written test scores of candidates will be determined from high score to low score. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the interview, the replacement of interview candidates and related work must be closed 3 days before the interview.
Participate in structured interviews. The interview was scored on a 100-point scale. According to the regulations, candidates' interview scores shall not be less than 50 points (among them, candidates in non-competitive positions shall not be less than 60 points), otherwise they shall not enter the medical examination. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
(4) Physical examination
Those who meet the minimum qualification standards of the above-mentioned "three interviews" shall be calculated with a percentage system according to the proportion of their written test scores accounting for 50% and interview scores accounting for 50%. According to the total test scores of the short-listed candidates (positions 0 1, 02, 03 and 04 in Zhou Zhen Town, only the interview method is used for assessment, and the interview results in this round are the total test scores), and the physical examination personnel are determined from high to low according to the ratio of 1 1 of the number of positions planned by the employer. If the total scores of candidates in the same position are the same, the physical examination personnel shall be determined by the written test scores from high to low; If the written test results are still the same or only pass the interview assessment, a written test will be added separately, and the participants will be determined from high score to low score.
The medical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the civil service medical examination standard.
(5) Investigation
The assessment of qualified medical personnel shall be organized and implemented by the employing unit with reference to the relevant assessment provisions.
(6) Publicity
After the inspection, the list of candidates to be employed in each recruitment position will be publicized on the website of Yizheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (www.yizheng.gov.cn/yizhengrsj/index.shtml) for 7 working days, and will be supervised by the society and candidates.
In the physical examination, inspection, publicity and other links, when there is a planned vacancy due to unqualified applicants, abandonment and other reasons, the total score of the shortlisted candidates from this position will be replenished from high to low.
Four. Employment and treatment
If the publicity period expires and the employment conditions are met, the employment procedures shall be handled. If there is a problem and it is verified, it will not be hired.
The probation period of the hired personnel is 1 month. After the probation period expires, the employer shall sign a labor contract with the employee according to law. The contract term shall be determined by the employer and the employee through consultation, and in principle, it shall not be less than 2 years.
If the performance of the contract expires, you can continue to retain and renew the employment contract. The annual income of regular employees is determined by each employer with reference to the average wage level of employees in Yizheng last year, and social insurance and housing accumulation fund are paid according to law.
