The procedures are as follows:

if the business scale and investment are relatively large, you can apply for a business license of an enterprise (company). In addition to the above, the required materials mainly include articles of association, resolutions of shareholders' meeting, capital subscribed by shareholders, filling in a name pre-verification form and setting up a registration form.
