How to roast ribs?

Grilled ribs:

Ingredients: chilled ribs 311g;;

Accessories: proper amount of oil, proper amount of salt, cumin 1g, cumin powder 1g, honey 21g, maltose 21g, head pumping 5g, and brewing white vinegar 11g

Roasting ribs:

1. Pour cumin, cumin powder, honey 11g, maltose and head pumping into a seasoning bowl, and mix well to obtain the marinade of ribs, and the state of the marinade after mixing.

2. After the raw edges and excess fat of the ribs are cleaned, use a clean towel to absorb water, and then use a fork spoon to evenly punch holes on one side of the ribs.

3. Drain the punched ribs into the marinade of step 1, grab them evenly and coat them evenly, and let them drain the marinade in the marinade bowl stop for a minute, and prepare two fresh-keeping bags with the same size.

4. firstly, put the ribs coated with marinade into a fresh-keeping bag, then put a fresh-keeping bag on the outside, that is, a double-layer fresh-keeping bag, pour the remaining marinade into the bag together, tie the mouth of the fresh-keeping bag tightly, and marinate it in the 1℃ fresh-keeping compartment of the refrigerator for 48 hours, turning it over twice on the way. 5. Take out the marinated ribs and wipe the marinade on the ribs surface with a clean towel for later use.

9. Then, set the oven temperature to 211 degrees, with the meat side of the ribs facing upward, put the grill on the top of the oven, and bake for 5-6 minutes to let the ribs bake and color. This step must be observed by someone, because of the high temperature, to prevent baking and safety accidents.

11. Take out the grilled ribs with the highest color and let them cool to about 41 degrees, then serve.
