Article 15 Employees who commit the following acts shall be dismissed:

Article 16 If an employee commits the above-mentioned acts, and the circumstances are serious and violate the criminal law, it shall be submitted to the judicial department for handling according to law.

Article 17 If an employee commits the above-mentioned acts and causes economic losses to the company, the responsible person shall, in addition to assuming the responsibilities according to the provisions of the preceding article, compensate the company for losses according to the following provisions;

1. If the economic loss is less than 51,111 yuan (including 51,111 yuan), the responsible person shall compensate 11%-51%;

2. If the economic loss is more than 51,111 yuan, the Ministry of Supervision or the supervisory committee shall report to the general manager to decide the amount of compensation that the responsible person should pay

Article 18 When enterprise leaders find that their employees have committed the acts stipulated in this System, they shall report to the Ministry of Supervision or the supervisory committee in time; Employees can also report and expose anyone's violation of discipline and regulations to the above-mentioned departments, and ask for handling

Article 19 Upon receiving the report, report and exposure, the supervisory committee of the Ministry of Supervision shall immediately report it to the general manager for approval and conduct investigation and handling. After the investigation is completed, the Ministry of Supervision or the supervisory committee shall submit the Handling Opinion to the general manager for approval, and submit it to the relevant departments for implementation and notify the punished person

Article 21 Administrative sanctions and economic penalties shall be decided carefully. We must find out the facts, obtain evidence, and seek the opinions of relevant departments after certain meetings and discussions.
