1. First of all, the leave of absence for employees at or below the supervisor level shall take effect with the approval of the department manager, and the leave of absence for employees above the manager level shall take effect only after being approved by the director, and shall be reported to the Human Resources Department for filing.
2. Second, approval of leave days: the department manager can approve employees in this department to take 1 days off. For more than 2 days, the director will sign the opinions in the "Vacation Application Form" and the Human Resources Department will put it on record.
3. Finally, special circumstances need to be reported to the General Manager for approval. The relevant work after the employees of each department take leave shall be arranged by each department.
