1. Probation period, full employment

2. Evaluation and assessment

1. All the waiters who become full-time employees participate in the quarterly evaluation and assessment of hotel employees, once a quarter, and enjoy different levels of salary according to ranking. 1-3 are training instructors, with a monthly salary of 1,811 yuan; 4-9 senior service engineers, 1711 yuan/month; 11-18 service engineers, 1611 yuan/month; 19-31 senior waiters, 1511 yuan/month.

5. The second selection method is the same as above. 8. You are not allowed to bring anything from the hotel downstairs. Offenders will be fined from 11 to 31 yuan, and if the circumstances are serious, they will be dismissed.

11. If you clean and check out, don't change the linen and towels, the bathrobe worn by the guests and the used buckwheat skin pillowcase are not replaced, or there are hairs or obvious dirty marks on the linen and towels, you will be fined 21 yuan once; 51 yuan was fined for the second time and given a warning; A fine of 31-51 yuan will be imposed respectively for any complaints caused by guests.

11. 21 yuan was fined once for dusting and mopping the floor with linen; 51 yuan was fined for the second time and suspended for observation; If linen and towels are scrapped, compensation shall be made according to the price.

12. If the check of the reservation room is not timely and in place, it is found that a fine of 11 yuan will be imposed at a time, which will lead to a fine of 21-51 yuan.
