You can use the album music album software to make, the steps are as follows:

1, open the software, click on the bottom circle of the button.

2, in the pop-up page, select "video with subtitles".

3. Select the video you want to edit.

4, and then click on the upper right corner of the "select music".

5. Select your favorite music in the pop-up page.

6. Then click on the "Subtitles" option at the bottom.

7. Edit the subtitles.

8. When you are done, click "Save to local" at the bottom.
