Color scanner
It is designed according to the principle of electronic color separation, and uses photoelectric scanning and electronic calculation technology to replace the camera for image plate making. At present, this machine has been completely replaced by two new technologies: the first is laser phototypesetting technology; The second is CTP direct plate making technology.
Plane scanner
It is mainly composed of optical system, photoelectric conversion system (CCD), electronic system and mechanical system. Advantages: fast scanning speed and convenient use; Strong adaptability to manuscripts and low price. Disadvantages are: low dynamic range of density; The ability to express the dark tone part of the image is poor; The effect of scanning transmission manuscript is not ideal; Resolution and clarity are not as good as roller scanners.
Drum sweeper
It is developed from electronic color separator, and its core technology is photomultiplier PMT and A/D converter, including scanning drum, scanning light source and scanning head system. Its advantages are: the photomultiplier tube (PMT) is used as the optical signal receiver, which has high sensitivity to light, so the density response range is large, and the dark tone level of the image is well represented and the resolution is high. Disadvantages are: not as convenient as plane scanner, slow scanning speed and high price.
laser phototypesetter
It is a device that outputs high-precision and high-resolution images and characters on film or photographic paper. It accurately and carefully scans the layout text, images and graphics produced by prepress system on photosensitive film, then develops the film and prints it in a large number on a printing machine after plate making. Imagesetter is generally divided into winch type, external drum type and internal drum type (which is also the most expensive). Although it is widely used at present, it will soon be replaced by CTP direct plate making technology.
Monochrome offset printing proofing machine
It is mainly used to check the quality of offset printing and truly reflect the real situation of the original pattern and tone level. It can be used for offset printing and small batch printing, and is widely used in precision printing of instrument signs, glass, wood, rubber and plastic. At present, some applications have been replaced by digital proofing machines.
Film developing and developing machine
Also known as film processor refers to the equipment for developing printed films (also known as films), which is often sold and used together with laser imagesetter; Commonly used in medicine to develop medical films such as X-ray, CT and MPI. They have the same principle, but slightly different structures. With the popularization of CTP technology, its application in printing field will be greatly reduced.
relief printing
Mainly used for printing film (film) reproduction, there are bright rooms and dark rooms. With the popularization and application of CTP, this kind of equipment is in its twilight years.
duplicator
In fact, it is a simple copier, which is rarely seen in the market.
Resin plate making machine
Mainly used for making solid or liquid resin plate. Now it is often used for plate making of self-adhesive printing machines and seal plate making of coding printing machines. Plate making process: exposure → washing → drying.
Flexographic plate making machine
Mainly used for making flexographic plates (also called flexographic plates). Its plate-making principle is similar to that of resin plate-making machine, and the plate-making process is: back exposure → main exposure → water washing → drying → degumming. It is used in conjunction with the liquid medicine recovery machine. This machine is often selected by carton factory, plastic packaging factory, adhesive and label printing factory.
Plate dryer
The plate dryer can be used for letterpress plate making. The technological process of embossed plate making is: plate making → printing → corrosion → whole plate → proofing. Prepare suitable copper plate or zinc plate, cut it into required size, and remove oil stain, oxide film, scar, water stain, sand hole, etc. The removal method can choose light and soft charcoal without knots and cracks and grind it. After polishing, the surface of the plate will also produce fine stripes, which can increase the adsorption of photosensitive liquid. Put the ground metal plate into the plate dryer, coat it with chrome glue photosensitive solution, and then dry it for printing. Before the popularity of PS version, baking machines rarely coated PS version in batches for users' own use, and basically withdrew from the market.
Copy board
A contact exposure imaging device is mainly used for making printing plates (PS plates, screen plates, etc.). ), it uses pressure to make the original plate and the photosensitive plate closely fit, so that the image on the original plate can be accurately dried on the photosensitive plate through photochemical reaction. Printers can be divided into single-sided printers and flip double-sided printers (also known as double-sided printers). The current JB/T 9 108- 1999 printer industry standard was mainly drafted by the former Jiangsu Taixing Instrument Factory. At present, part of its market has been replaced by CTP, but it will still be one of the necessary plate-making equipment for small and medium-sized printing enterprises in the future.
CTP system
This not only means installing a CTP plate making machine, but also includes many additional devices and equipment to make the digital workflow run. It is one of the fastest developing and most influential high-tech in prepress field. CTP technology includes plate, corresponding output equipment and corresponding workflow. With the development of computer technology, laser technology, electronic technology, machining technology and new materials, and the further reduction of CTP plate cost, CTP technology has entered a mature application period and will completely replace the traditional prepress plate-making technology in the future.
Continuous dryer
A device that can continuously and repeatedly expose contact on a printing plate. It is mainly used for drying small-size and high-precision printing plates such as stamps and trademarks, and the domestic sales volume is extremely small at present.

Refers to the machine that can automatically develop, wash, glue (optional) and dry plate (PS plate or CTP plate). Developing machines are divided into spray type (now basically eliminated) and immersion type, which are mainly used in conjunction with printing machines and CTP plate making machines.
tray machine
The plate baking machine is an auxiliary equipment for pre-coated photosensitive lithography, which can improve the wear resistance, solvent resistance and corrosion resistance of the graphic part of pre-coated photosensitive lithography, greatly improve the printing resistance of the printing plate (note: generally, it can be improved by 2-5 times), and greatly reduce the printing plate consumption and plate changing time. It is especially suitable for super-long printed matter, and it is also one of the necessary plate-making equipment in tin can factory.

Used plates (PS plate or CTP plate) are automatically corrected, inked, washed, glued, dried and stored, which is convenient for printing again and saves the cost and time of plate making again.
