The project is a frame-tube structure with a building area of 49,095 square meters, with 38 floors above ground and 4 floors underground. The height of the main building is144.8m.. The podium has five floors above ground and three floors underground, with a building height of 23.25 meters. The first to fourth floors underground are property management company, dining room, high and low voltage distribution room, archives room, gym (warehouse) and equipment room (water storage tank and pump room). The first to seventeenth floors above ground are office buildings for Jinan Commercial Bank, and the eighteenth and above floors are high-grade office buildings.

The project is based on six-degree seismic fortification. The seismic grade of the main building structure is Grade II, and that of the podium structure is Grade III. The fire resistance rating is Grade I. The main building is a box foundation of reinforced concrete frame-tube structure; The podium is a raft foundation and reinforced concrete structure with large column net.

The project design is beautiful and straight, and the curtain wall is decorated with various materials, including 8360m2 aluminum veneer, 6480m2 coated insulating glass and 3460m2 Indian Blue Star marble. The exterior wall is insulated with mineral wool.

The floor is made of Indian black gold, platinum, and classical gold and linen marble, some offices are carpet floors, and the rest are vitrified brick floors. Some fences, partitions, awnings, etc. A large number of tempered laminated glass are used; The interior wall is made of dry hanging marble, aluminum-plastic decorative board, fire-proof board, decorative board, wallpaper, latex paint, etc. The ceiling is made of rolled aluminum plate, pinhole sound-absorbing aluminum plate, metal square plate and gypsum board. The outer window is made of double-layer hollow tempered glass, the inner door is made of high-grade solid wood door, and the fire partition is made of special louver fire doors. The roof is waterproof with expanded perlite insulation layer, polyurethane coating and PVC coiled material, and the top is cylindrical brick surface.

Second, the characteristics and difficulties of the project and the application of new technologies

1, engineering technical difficulties

1) The engineering structure has a long span and requires high formwork support.

The maximum span of engineering frame column is 9 meters. In order to ensure the quality of concrete, the formwork adopts bamboo glue formwork system, which is designed by technicians before formwork matching, and the supporting system is supported by bowl buckle frame pipe. The construction is simple, firm and easy to dismantle, which ensures the stability of the supporting system.

2) Joint treatment of aerated concrete block to control wall cracks.

The single span length of aerated concrete wall is 7. 5 meters, 4 meters high. 3 meters, with ring beam and constructional column in the middle. During construction, the fullness of mortar joint is strictly controlled, and the pouring time of constructional column is delayed. The long wall is divided into several independent units, each unit shrinks for one month, and the structural column is poured after the deformation is stable, which solves the common quality problem of wall structure cracks.

3) The roof area is large, and the flatness and cracks are difficult to control.

The roof area is 51100m2. In order to ensure the roof quality, laser leveling points, reasonable expansion joints, advanced concrete vibrating equipment and reliable maintenance measures are adopted to ensure the survival of the surface layer at one time. The maximum deviation of flatness detected by 3m straightedge is less than 2mm (national standard is 2m straightedge, not more than 4mm), and the surface is smooth and crack-free.

4) The facade of the external wall is complex, and there are many lines at the corner of Yin and Yang.

Exterior wall decoration materials are exterior wall bricks, covering an area of 6,200 square meters and 430,000 bricks. It is difficult to typeset tiles. Yin and Yang angles should not only meet the reasonable connection between tiles, doors and windows, window sills and decorative lines, but also ensure that there are no half bricks and small bricks. There are 32 external wall yin and yang angles. Through careful construction design and computer typesetting, 72 construction design typesetting drawings were made, which ensured reasonable layout and accurate size.

2, project highlights

1), fine and beautiful exterior wall decoration.

The layout of exterior wall tiles is reasonable, the verticality deviation of large corners of tiles is less than 5mm (national standard 10mm), the caulking depth of tiles is consistent, dense and flat, the flatness deviation of walls is less than 2mm (national standard 4mm), the height difference of joints is less than 0.5mm (national standard 1mm), 32 corners of yin and yang and 50 vertical and horizontal decorative lines are straight, and the color separation is clear and beautiful.

2) Indoor block materials should be reasonably arranged and carefully constructed.

In order to achieve the beautiful effect of the floor, 57 construction design drawings were made for the layout of kitchen, bathroom, hall and stairs and the placement position of sanitary ware. The layout was reasonable and there were no floor tiles smaller than 1/2. Tile floor, floor drain and sanitary ware are cut into 1mm, floor drain is in the center of the block, and sanitary ware is symmetrically arranged with the surface of the block.

3) The marble floor has reasonable layout and fine construction.

Marble floor tiles (1 1000m2) are adopted in this project. Material selection, typesetting and surface smoothness control are the keys to visual quality. During the construction process, the materials are strictly checked, and the layout is reasonable and beautiful through careful typesetting and strict management. After full inspection, the height difference between adjacent plates is less than 0.2mm (national standard 0.5mm), the surface flatness is less than 0.5mm (national standard 2mm), and the flat seam of the plate surface is less than 1mm (national standard 3mm), and the sub-item quality grade is excellent.

3. New technologies, new processes and new materials adopted.
