The fifth batch of Kunshan Municipal People's Government's talent allowance application is hereby notified as follows:

1. Applicants

(1) On-the-job employees (excluding flexible service talents) who have made outstanding contributions in various fields of economic and social development.

Enterprises are mainly: in principle, outstanding talents with bachelor degree or above, who have signed labor contracts with enterprises for more than three years, and whose annual post salary is not less than twice the average salary of urban employees in the development zone in the previous year (based on paying personal income tax payment certificate). Focus on key industries and strategic emerging industries such as new flat panel display, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, smart grid and Internet of Things, new medicine, energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, software and integrated circuits, new energy, finance, venture capital, logistics, software and service outsourcing, and modern agriculture.

2. The applicant promises to work in Kunshan for three years from the declaration date.

(2) Special talents in short supply are recommended by the park and approved by the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and are not restricted by household registration, academic qualifications and professional titles.

3. Copy of professional title, professional (practicing) qualification certificate, training certificate and original job certificate of current post.

4. Copies of personal work achievements, professional projects and award-winning certificates.

5. Published papers and copies of patent certificates obtained.

6. A copy of the valid labor contract.

7. Original personal recent tax list and personal payment record of social insurance printed on the website.

8. Recommendations from employing units (focusing on talents' contribution to society and enterprises)

9. Self-employed talents are required to provide copies of their business licenses and organization code certificates, as well as capital verification certificates of accounting firms, copies of tax payment certificates of tax authorities in the latest period, and copies of social insurance premium tax payment notices in the latest period provided by human resources and social departments.

Note: The application materials need no decoration such as hardcover and plastic packaging, and the paper size is the size of standard A4 paper, and the binding is firm and tidy in sequence; If there are other important attachments, copy or print them on A4 paper and bind them at the end of the material; A number of certificates, certificates and other supporting documents are neatly arranged and bound in chronological order; According to the total number of applicants, the recommending unit shall summarize and fill in the Summary Table of Personnel Applying for Talent Allowance of Kunshan Municipal People's Government and the Summary Table of Enterprises and Institutions Applying for Talent Allowance of Kunshan Municipal People's Government, and affix the official seal.
