Applying for a catering license requires an environmental assessment, which is very strict. It will examine the environment around the store, and gas pipelines are needed. The following materials need to be provided:

This form is filled in by the construction unit except the column of "Opinions of Environmental Protection Department", and the filling content is compared with "On the back of the form".

Overview of the construction project and feasibility study report of the construction project are important materials for the environmental protection department to examine and approve the construction project, and the construction unit should be realistic and carefully prepared according to the requirements of the outline of the construction project (see email attachment).

EIA approval procedures:

1. The applicant proposes environmental protection administrative licensing matters;

2. Accept the application and check whether the submitted materials are complete and legal. Check the location of the project on site, and if it does not meet the requirements, return it to the applicant for correction, and inform the corrected content at one time;

Within three months of trial production, it shall submit an application report (form and registration card) for environmental protection of the construction project, and attach a monitoring report on environmental protection acceptance of the construction project (in duplicate);
