The paid-in capital increased to 3 million yuan, including 2.2 million yuan for new shares and 811,111 yuan for old shares.

On August 5, 1934, the company officially resumed business and set up its general management office in Shanghai, Beiping, Shanghai and Hankou. Chen Gongbo, Chairman, Mei Zhezhi, General Manager, Zhang Muxian, Associate Director, Chen Gongbo and other 15 people, and Chen Zhuofu, Supervisor, and other 5 people. According to the articles of association, the business types include accepting various deposits, industrial loans, discounting, remittance and goods negotiation, buying and selling gold, silver and securities, keeping securities and valuables, acting as an agent to raise subpoenas, concurrently engaging in savings business, acting as an agent to receive and pay money, handling industrial development matters and issuing exchange certificates. The business policy is prudent. In 1935, the bank stopped issuing banknotes, handed them over to the issuance preparation management committee of China Bank, added Changsha, Xiamen and Hangzhou branches, and set up an office in Changde.

Hangzhou Branch and Hengyang Office were added in p>1936. After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War in 1937, the bank retreated and closed its branches in the war zone one after another, and the other branches were evacuated to Beijing and Shanghai to continue their business.
