site selection and approval process:

1. 1 application forms for construction projects (sealed by the construction unit);

2. 1 copies of the application site description report (in order to specify the land scale and construction scale required by the construction project, a preliminary sketch of the construction plan is attached if necessary);

3. 1 current topographic maps (including planned road red lines, underground pipelines and survey marks);

4. 1 copies of the approval of the proposal for the construction project of the approved project, the consent of the approved project to carry out the preparatory work, and the filing documents;

5. For projects involving cultural relics, scenic spots, landscaping, rivers, transportation, etc., 1 written opinions of the corresponding departments shall be provided;

6. Construction projects that are independently located outside the scope of planned construction land and regional infrastructure projects that may have a significant impact on urban and rural planning shall also provide construction project site selection demonstration materials.
